Keep Fire Away And Build A Safe Campus ‖ CISS Held Fire Safety Knowledge Training

In late spring and early summer, there has been no rain for many days, and everything is dry, which is the season of frequent fire accidents. In order to avoid the occurrence of fire, let faculty and staff have an in-depth understanding of fire safety knowledge, improve the vigilance of faculty and staff to the hidden dangers around them, establish fire awareness and have self-rescue ability. On the afternoon of May 26, Madam Yun A Duan, Executive Director of CISS, organized all members of the campus epidemic prevention team to carry out safety training on fire safety knowledge.

Head of firefighting-Ethereal and firefighting captain-Gary explained the formation of fire, the development of fire and how to prevent fire and deal with initial fire in detail through specific examples, and introduced the types and use of firefighting equipment. During this training, practical exercise session was also set up. Under the guidance of the staff, members of the campus epidemic prevention team stepped forward to practise the use of dry powder fire extinguishers to put out fire. Adaptability and self-protection are enhanced, firefighting skill for initial fire is mastered.

Through this fire safety knowledge training, everyone intuitively felt the serious harm of fire, and deeply realized the importance and necessity of fire safety, which played an important role in further improving the self-rescue ability of fire, strengthening self-prevention awareness and enhancing crisis awareness.
