CISS Chinese Faculty Staff Training

As school buses drove out of the school gate one after another, the Christmas and New Year holiday for the students officially began. After the students were sent away, the school carried out an all-round and multi-level training covering laws, school bus safety, dormitory management, and faculty rules and regulations for all Chinese faculty and staff, comprehensively improving the overall quality of faculty and staff, and preparing for the upcoming new semester! In the coming new semester, CISS will serve every student and parent of CISS with a better outlook!

Lawyer Mr. Li, the Chinese legal consultant of CISS, conducted legal training for the entire faculty staff of the school. The training mainly comprised of 4 aspects, including the Teacher Qualification Law of the People's Republic of China, Teacher Professional Ethics, Common Violations of Laws and Regulations, and Legal Knowledge Related to Epidemic Prevention. Mr. Li integrated theory with practice and listed an array of real cases, which has sounded the alarm for faculty staff, raised their legal awareness, and required faculty staff to standardize their words and deeds, and be a good example to others, and protect students' physical and mental health and legal rights.

Executive Director Madam Duan Yun A interpreted the content of Lawyer Mr. Li's legal training. She emphasized that law is the “significance of the country”, and all faculty staff must have a deep understanding of the significance of obtaining law-related knowledge, further strengthen the study of school-related laws and regulations, master and use this knowledge proficiently, and take the building of a harmonious campus as a guide and implement it into reality and contribute to school education management and steady development.

In order to ensure the safety of students on the road, further standardize the long-term mechanism of school bus management, continuously improve the safety awareness of school bus staff, ensure the safe operation of school buses, therefore the school conducted safety training for school bus supervisors and drivers to strengthen and further improve various rules and regulations. In the new semester, we will continue to do our best to build the safety line of school bus, as always, serve every student seriously, so that students and parents are satisfied and assured!
